Ditch the weird protein powders and animal byproducts! Our bites are a flavor explosion, like having instant oatmeal in a biscuit. Since 1/3 of our bites are actually raw oats, when you drink water with them, they expand inside you just like oatmeal expands when you make a pack in the microwave.

These bites were designed for marathon runners as a light weight and energy dense source of protein for an extended workout. They are balanced with fruit, oats, flax, hemp seed and a touch of low glycemic cane sugar to provide you a balance of simple carbs, complex carbs and some protein... everything you need to get through a run with plenty of energy.
