For example: Pick monthly delivery, and you’ll get your snacks delivered to your doorstep every month — no need to reorder or even think about it. Your card will be charged each time a shipment goes out. Easy, breezy, snack-y.


⏸️ Can I Pause or Cancel?

Absolutely. You’re in control.
Pause or cancel anytime in your customer portal — just use the magic link in the email we sent when you first subscribed. Or log in through your account to manage everything in one place.

⏩ Can I Skip a Delivery or Change the Date?

Yep!
In your customer portal, you’ll see a Skip button next to upcoming deliveries. You can also click Reschedule if you need to change the date. Life happens — we get it.

âž• Can I Add More Snacks to My Subscription?

Of course you can!
In the customer portal, just hit Edit next to your products and you can add, remove, or swap items whenever you like.

💳 What If My Payment Doesn’t Go Through?

If we can’t process your payment, don’t worry — we’ll send you an email with a safe link to update your info. Once that’s fixed, your snacks will be back on track!
