Hi everyone, we know that having nutrition facts is important for you. It is very expensive to get our products lab analyzed, but it is something we are planning to do in 2025.

Because we're a small family business still making less than 100,000 units a year, we fall under an exemption that helps us until we can grow our business and afford the facts.

All of our fruits have no sugar added and only some vitamin C to our apples. Our veggies have a minimal amount of sugar to help preserve them so we don't have to put a lot of salt on them. We're estimating the vinaigrette to have 10 calories or 2 grams for the whole bag. The veggies will need the lab analysis to nail that number down exactly.
