Our Journey

What We Believe
Our core mission is to create a legacy of healthier diets. We believe that plants were created to fuel our bodies with the nutrients and energy needed for optimal health. We also believe that deep-fried and highly processed snacks can contain unhealthy levels of seed oils and sugars, leading to obesity and a lack of essential nutrients. We accomplish our mission by providing snacks that are tasty, nutritious, and reduce junk food in people’s diets.

How It Started
In 2020, my wife Jen and I began our journey to change our family’s dietary legacy. Coming from generations of obesity, we decided to include more plants in our diet. For two years, we ate a flexitarian diet, meaning we principally ate a vegan diet at home, while occasionally dining out on a traditional diet. During this time, our kids discovered many new plant-based recipes and tastes they enjoyed. It seemed though that eating a plant-strong diet was not enough to see significant changes in our family’s health, so we dug in and started finding clues that there was more going on.

Understanding the importance of reducing sugar in our diet, we knew it was just common sense to cut back on sodas, candy, and other snacks loaded with sugar. Our breakthrough came when we learned that oil is the most calorically dense substance in our diet, so we decided to reduce it as well. A noticeable change in our bodies occurred with reduced oil intake, and the family started losing weight and feeling good. It was difficult though to keep those benefits when our kids are bombarded with appealing snacks that are crispy & savory like deep-fried chips and popcorn. We were on a quest to find healthier alternatives to our normal snacks, but without oil, and that our kids would love.

In May 2022, we engineered a way to create oil-free veggie chips with the crunch of chips, flavored like hot & sweet pickles, dried in a way that retained the nutrients of raw produce. These were a hit with our kids, so we tested them with the public and received overwhelmingly positive response. We then created fruit snacks and granola protein bites, expanding the snacking options with oil-free raw-vegan product lines. We call our drying technology, "Fresh Dry".

What's Fresh Dry Technology?

We are truly just a family business. We put everything into purchasing a manufacturing facility and launched our products commercially in 2024. We have a beautiful store in MN, and we travel to events all around the united states sharing samples and selling products.

Our real target though is to get these into schools. We want kids to have snacks easily available to them that are nutritionally sound. If you're interested in joining in our story, we are accepting accredited investors to join us expand our manufacturing capacity so we can launch into schools soon. Reach out on our contact us page if you're interested.
